Does a daily price update mean prices rose today?
No. Fuel retailers operate a daily pricing system, with applicable rates updated at 6 a.m. A new daily rate can be higher, lower or unchanged. The supplied figures alone do not establish whether the price in any city moved on September 21; that requires a comparison with the previous day’s rate for the same outlet.
